"..Friendship is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more humans. This article focuses on the notion specific to interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. The keyword here is affection , loyalty towards each other, and altruism. That is how I treat some close friends that i really like. I'm always nice to people that are nice to me, and I treat them the way I would like to be treated as a friend. But how do we know that they are being nice to us sincerely??They may be just using u to fulfill their own selfish ends and they'll forget all about u when u have served their purposed...Im not talking about the friends that i have but maybe just a few or just one.I'm not the type of person to think bad about others, in fact I'm always optimistic.Do we still continue being nice to them even when their not nice to us? When do we draw the line??If u stop being nice, people would think that u guys are having a fight, whereas that is not the case at all. Of course this only implies to close friends.
P/S: Currently am confused, not to be confused with paranoid
